Geocache Description:

This cache is located in Hesse Park, O'Fallon, IL.

Directions: Take Highway 50 to State Street East. Take Oberneuffman Road North until it bends ninety degrees to the west. When the road bends to west, turn right (east) and go past the elementary school all the way to the far end of the parking lot by the bike trail. Follow the bike trail to a dirt trail marked by reddish orange dots on trees. Attempt this cache only during daylight hours as there is more wildlife activity at night. During the growing season, beware of thorns and poison ivy.

Cache: The cache is a large rubbermaid-like container with a white lid. This cache has many nice items in it. Please carefully replace the cache ensuring the lid is on tight and it is well hidden.

This cache is one of about a dozen in the O'Fallon area. If you plan to hunt them all in one day (recommended) and need mid-day sustenance or a nice meal at the end of the day, you will find some wonderful little restaurants in downtown O'Fallon.
