This is a three part multi-cache in Cape Coral, FL with the starting point coordinates being the first cache location. The starting point will be of interest to bird watchers, but instead of watching the skies or fauna for the majestic feathered friends, be observant of the area signs because the clues to your next cache site will be found there. Please heed all the signs or pay the penalties, particularly the sign at 26°37.700 N 081°59.204. There is also a live webcam at this site if you care to watch the activities from afar. Your next cache location will be found at 26°37.AAA N 081°59.BBB W where:
AAA = Subtract 1 from the total of the (Amount of Fine – Imprisonment Term) + (Sum of the intersecting street numbers)
BBB = The last three digits of the City Ordinance
Nearing the end of the hunt, you’ll still be fishing for answers. The coordinates you are looking for to find the cache can be found by substituting for XXX and YYY in the following coordinates. 26°37.XXX N 081°59.YYY W where:
XXX = Subtract 10 from the total of the number created using (AAA) + (sum of the three digits in the area code used for reporting violations)
YYY = Subtract 1 from the three digit number formed by using the last two digits on the light pole, in order, followed by the first digit of the light pole number.
MARCH 24, 2006 ADDED NOTE -- The sign providing the information with the area code for reporting violations is currently missing. The area code you were looking for is 888. When the sign is replaced, this information will be deleted from this the cache description again. Sorry for the temporary change.
