Geocache Description:

On top of John's Rock

From the intersection of 280 and 276, turn onto 276. Drive till you reach the forest service road 475. Take FS 475 to the Picgah Fish Hatchery. Cat Gap Loop starts at either end of the parking lot, we started to the left if your facing John's Rock. After .85 miles John's Rock trail turns to the right. The cache is near the overlook, 40 feet off the left side of the trail. There is a tall stump on the side of the trail that I have included a pic of so you know your in the right area. My GPS odometer read 2.07 miles and my sons pedometer said 2.113 miles. Check the pics provided it was a very overcast day and I completly lost signal coming back down from the rock. Cache container is 4" tall and 3" wide at the mouth.
