Placing this cache brought tears to my eyes.
There are a lot of places like this in California. Through time it seems that many wonderful stories are lost. This is a place that seems to have had many stories and only the shell of a memory remains.
The cache is a 35 mm film canister painted black. When placed it contained:
A geonote
A couple of pieces of paper to be used as log sheets
and nothing else.
Please bring your own pencil as there was no room for any writng utensil.
