The cache is not straight forward to find, and may require a fair amount of looking. Don't expect to find it straight away in a few minutes. Also the cache will be easiest to access at low tide, and unaccessible without getting wet at high tide.
You will first need to go to N50.49.103 W001.08.613, where you'll find a sign which has a phone number on it. Using the phone number, you can work out the cache co-ordinates.

The actual cache is approximately a mile away from the first location, it could be walked, but I would recommend driving or cycling.
