Welcome to the Solitary Man CACHE. This is a tribute to those of us who always to be operating alone on the ragged fringe of society. Did I hear you ask “Just who are these people be, Pilgrim? Can you give us some examples?” Good questions. This is also a good time to explain that if you want folks to ask good questions, give them some good questions to ask. Among others, I am talking about The Old Man and the Sea. Do you folks remember that was first published as a serial in Saturday Evening Post? Well I do because I found it long ago while visit my parents. I read all I could find and woke up the household trying to find the rest.
