Geocache Description:

Trail head at: N 33 01.956, W 117 05.637 (Ipai Ct.)This is the shortest way to get there without going on private property. The hike is not long, with a very wide path, NO bushwhacking, but steep. The cache container was a fruitcake can (therefore it's name) but is now a large ammo can with lots of room. The cammo has "chipped away" over the years, making it an easy find. If you continue less than 100 yards up the service road after leaving this cache, there is a narrow path to the right (across from a utility pole) that will lead you to the other caches on top of the mountain: Jano, Rancho Bernardo View 1 and 3. Going north from the starting point will take you to Rancho Bernardo View 2. If you are feeling lazy or worried about the snakes, just enjoy a mini view and “A Piece of Cake”. REMEMBER, in rattlesnake season, always be aware of where you are walking or putting your hands.
