Geocache Description:

Phase 1-(Drive by) Virtual that takes you to Phase 2-Letterbox.
Easy and short hike. Accessible all year. Dogs-okay. Has a small picnic area. This is close to the Lions Tale Trail and the Storybook Trail.

Phase 1-Please, pause to read this historic info. Questions you will need to answer: (And, as always, please email the answers versus posting, thank you)
1) Date of the evening of rest prior to the morning when this site was announced as the 2nd Corps of the Army of No. Va and no longer the headquarters of the Army of the Valley : 11/23/1BG2
2)Announced by whom?
3)What 3 items are mentioned that he wore while making this announcement
4) Number of soldiers mentioned at the site (Now imagine them here around you in this same spot...): F2,III

Phase 2-Coordinates are N 38 AB.CDE, W 78 FG.HIJ
Additional clues: -Sum of the figures that make up the month and it's specific day for the evening prior to when the announcement was made as indicated in question #1 = Number to use for D, E, H & J
-A, C and F are all the same number
This phase is a LETTERBOX. Aside from travelbugs, please do not take any items or leave any items. You will need to bring 1-A rubber stamp (any kind) 2-A rubber stamp pad to make an impression into the log book and to take an impression from the letterbox's rubber stamp for yourself, if you are interested. Otherwise, you can enjoy the artwork left by other letterboxers or the overall adventure itself, and review and add to the log.

For this one-you'll want to think like a discoverer and not a zany floral bontanist when it comes to-which way to walk.

Follow the path into the woods until you reach a point where you can imagine the possibilty of earnest efforts toward making a hot, steaming loaf of stone oven-baked bread.
