This cache is meant to encourage students' exchange - at least as far as webcam pictures is concerned.
To log this cache, you have to both post a webcam picture of you taken by the Kufstein FH webcam (distinguishable as the cache finder - see my picture) and the URL of (or preferably a webcam pic taken at) your university (or a of/at a university close to your home town).

Please note: all "found" logs without a picture from the same webcam as seen in the picture below will be removed.
