This cache is located in a still-developing, but stunning Pierce County park.
The location gets its name because it's near a spot that used to provide us with free sand for our kids' sandbox and numerous paving stone projects.
Cache is a yellow plastic Intercity Transit key ring that contains only a log sheet.
This park is a stunner -- and it's still under development. If you haven't been here, take the time to enjoy the views walking north on the paved trail. As you leave the cache on a clear day, look east and west to see both mountain ranges.
