Geocache Description:

The tree cover makes reception difficult. Coords may differ slightly so look around.
9-7-05 Changed the coords slightly but expect to get only within 25-30 feet of the cache with the gps, then rely on good old fashioned caching skills!

Beautiful nature trails are a part of this park. There are numerous trails (currently four different ones - with more planned for the future). Trails range from 1/10 of a mile to 3/4 of a mile. This cache is on the WildFlower Trail (which is the 1/10th of a mile trail). The trail is paved -but the cache is a short way off of the trail and is not wheel chair accessible.

Typical Park Rules apply but Park is open between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

A beautiful caching area - but a NATURAL AREA with bugs, thorny vines and whatever nature has in store. Keep in mind - this is Arkanasas where ticks and chiggers abound. (This is a disclaimer - wear your bug juice!).

The cache is in a non-traditional container. Bigger than a 35 mm and smaller than an ammo can - so please bring SMALL trade items.

PARK PRIDE = NO LITTERING

As with all of our park caches, we have received permission from the parks department to place this. They encourage geocaching in our area parks.
