Bad Dawg 83: New location doesn't do this one justice, so I'm to archive it and work on some of my others. Thanks for all of the finds.

Geocache Description:

Fun cache in a WMA in Murry County. Shouldn't pose too much of a problem.

Dirt roads out in the middle of nowhere. We have all been on them. Sliding around the corners and going waaaay to fast. But thats the fun part, right? Cleaning out the mudholes and getting a mouthful of dirt is just relaxing. Nothing can be better, but doing this AND caching.

The road in mind is in a WMA. Use caution during hunting season.

Nope. No leg-breaking, rock climbing here. The cache is easy enough to locate, But getting to it is the kicker. During rainy season a four wheel drive is an absolute. The road is nothing but pure red clay and is fairly steep in places. Had to hang my head and lock the hubs on my truck for this one. There are several pull offs in different places to hike from. Will you get to the closest one?

Standard ammo box is your goal. Smile big and stick your head out of the window as you drive. Have fun, BD83.

***8/8/07. I moved this cache to another backroad so it can keep its name. But the gravel road is in alot better shape. My gps settled to 12.5'. I left the old logs in place so folks could see what the original place was like.***
