This micro requires no major walking distances nor off-road driving, in fact it is near the highway border crossing of NE/KS. However, it has found a sneaky little hinding place that might pose somewhat of a challenge!
You are looking for a 35mm canister with the geocaching logo. We placed this cache on a road trip back from some cache hunting in N. Central Kansas. There seemed to be a desolate cache zone between Hwy 36 in KS and the Hastings, NE area; this is the remedy.
This border crossing, Hwy 128, is less frequently used than others along the NE/KS border. So, it will give you a better chance of avoiding traffic and watchful muggle-eyes during the find. We placed it on a nice Saturday in February - we only saw 4 or 5 cars during the time it took to place it, to give you an idea of the traffic volume.
Please bring a pencil/pen to fill in the log sheet - no room in the canister. Also, let me know if and when the log sheet begins to get full. Thanks and have a great time!
