NOTE: This one may be AWOL. It will be a while until I can get back to it. North of Pemberton, up on hill south of Ivey/mosquito lakes. Lots of mountain bike trails in area. Nice view of the valley and Mt Currie. Cache may be impossible to find if snow covered. Osaka Castle Samurai TB needs to be moved along. He has been here a very long time! thanks
Cache is a tupperware container about 30 x 15 x 3 cm ( I'll post a pic) Threw it together. Spent the day Xcountry skiing and then we decided to have a bit of a hike in the late afternoon. Contains: -logbook -stick of Ptex -small sewing kit - Shoulder flash - new sealed lypsl - small ruler There are several ways into the site. Many mountain bike/hiking trails (watch for bikers) Fairly steep in spots but no cliff climbing. You can start from the end of Reid rd. or one of the 4wd roads in the area. You can get a good map (Whistler Trail Map ~$14) from the bike shop in Pemberton Lat/long to interesting feature on page one of the log book. look but do not disturb! May be difficult to find if sat signals are not the best.
