Geocache Description:

Located in the back of a small Pioneer Cemetery. Bring your own pencil. Park across the road

William Bratton was a member of the Lewis and Clark Expedition, where his jobs included hunter and blacksmith. He made it the entire journey and was discharged in 1806. He was in the War of 1812. Bratton settled in Wayne township in 1822. This cemetery has veterans from the War of 1812, the Mexican War, and the Civil War. I recommend looking at many of the stones, as well as Brattons which is the first row to the right of the center, about 3/4 of the way back.
This cache is a small rubbermaid type container. Its original contents are: Purdue golf tee, signature sciencefun sun, Las Vegas Caesars Palace $1 token, Delux McDonalds Monopoly pin, and a 1949 "Bank Deutscher Lander 10 coin"
