Stonewall's Cartographer Multi-Cache
VirginiaSeeker: This multi never got much attention (too time consuming I guess) with few finds. I think the cache container is missing.

Travel the roads of Jedediah Hotchkiss
This is a drivable, multi-cache that explores areas frequented by Jedediah Hotchkiss, Stonewall Jackson’s cartographer. From the beginning coordinates to the final cache site the road distance is 4.9 miles. The walk to the cache is short and flat. BRING YOUR OWN PENCIL.
Your journey begins south of Bridgewater, VA. on Rt. 42. At the starting coordinates, facing south, you will find the year that this place, named for the Princess of Wales, was formed. Record the date as ABCD and the square miles as EFGH.
Using the date and area information proceed by car to: N 38 21.(C+1)(H+1)(C+1) W 079 FE.B92. At this location you will learn more local history and about an academy. By what year had Jedediah Hotchkiss formed this school? Record the date as IJKL.
Using the information from both sites, now proceed by car to the final cache location: N38 LI.CH(K-1) W 079 GK.CBI BEWARE OF MUGGLES, ESP IN WARMER MONTHS! Looking south from this location you can see a bluff where Jackson's men kept lookout. If you explore the area and find the post office, look southward for the big old house nearby - according to local history, Stonewall slept there.
