Nilan Cache is in the area of Nilan Reservoir "west" of Augusta, Montana...
From Augusta, Montana, drive towards Nilan Reservoir/Benchmark area...this road heads WEST out of Augusta on the road that is the "southern-most road-to-the-west" out of AUGUSTA. (Stop in downtown Augusta and ask directions if you need too, someone will help you.)
Nilan Cache is a 30mm Ammo Box...originally stocked with a log book, pencils, sharpener, plastic zebra, small plastic tackle box, 2 plastic toys....
The sign on the gate says "NO Trespassing", but I have permission for this cache placement from the landowner. The cache is located near enough to the "lake", that fishermen are near anyway.
We started this cache with the "TECH CART 10" Travel Bug in it...
(We picked up this TB from the "DA" Waterin' Hole cache in Great Falls, Montana...)
