floydette: It is with sadness that I archive this one. Thank you to Ganz Ganeau for logging that the cache needed maintenance. The ammo can had been stolen, and the contents left in place long enough that the contents were ruined. I do not doubt that whoever STOLE the cache container was a "cacher." The game has gone downhill so badly since Groundspeak came out with a phone app. People no longer research caches before going out, so themed caches like this was are nearly pointless. No one writes much in the logbook, and many don't sign it at all. There used to be a code of conduct and rules to the game. Now at events, people pass around printed sheets of TB numbers, TBs that went missing years ago. When things get too big, whether a town or a game, it goes downhill fast. We live in very sad times.
