"Ouachita Riverwalk Cache" Traditional Cache

I thought this would be a perfect place to put a microcache.

It is located on the new riverwalk that is located directly in front of the Ouachita Parish Courthouse that overlooks the Ouachita River. There is free parking within twenty yards of the cache. The fountain is very relaxing. The view from the riverwalk is scenic during the day but is best at night, especially from the clock tower. However, there are several lights burned out right now that might make a nightime cache hunt difficult. Until all of the lights are operational, I would suggest a daytime attempt at this one. This location should test your stealth skills when attempting to retrieve/replace this cache. During weekdays this location is at the centerpoint of local government with the Courthouse and Sheriff's Department located directly across from it. You don't want to let some geomugglers see what you're doing. The cache consists of a logsheet only. Please bring your own pencil or pen as there was not enough room to include one in the cache. I included in the HINTS section the exact location of the cache at the request of my geocaching accomplice. I may edit this depending on how many geocachers find it without using the spoiler. Please let me know in the logs if you needed the hints/spoiler to locate it.
