Cache is Located in R.O.W. (Right Of Way)And is boardered by Private and Reservation Land, Access is buy City donated Trail.
I would think that any Vehicle can make this Journey. A old Abandoned Railroad grade is your destination. This old railline was abandoned some years back and was purchased by Riverton city Gov. For about $2.00 If memory serves me. Since then rail's has been removed and And bridges made into paths. You can find a parking area at N. 43'05.544 & W. 108'19.123. From here you have an easy walk to the Cache. If you have a ATV. I beleive it is possible to go all the ways to Shoshoni. I have yet to make the trip but plan to this summer. There used to be 2 of these bridges untill they tore the other one down that was nearly identical to this one. Happy hunting.
