This cache is located near a large antenna farm. There are plenty of parking spaces. You'll have to look low to find it.
This cache is in a Rubbermaid container and contains all sorts of interesting goodies that ET would find fun and entertaining. Ball State University students can walk to this cache and some can see the general location of this cache from their dorm room window.
