100' from paved road, this is located on a small parcel of land that the town of Sodaville has put its backup water well on. Area has a spot to drive in and park at though it is not a normal "parking" area. No bushwacking required.
UPDATE: You do not have to access any panels or electrical looking boxes for this cache.
This cache is in a piece of 1" PVC pipe ~8" long. It is rated a 3 because of how it is hid. It is not a normal find and exchange type cache. It is based off the idea of one that I did a while back with leaving the years of pennies between certain dates. This one is based on the State Quarters. The first state quarter was issued in January of 1999 and it was Delaware. Since then there have been 26 states issued. You can log this cache in two ways. The obvious is to find it and complete the "found" online. The other is to leave a state quarter that has not yet been left. When this cache has been completed (all issued state quarters filled), it will be archived at this position and rehid at a new location. Total value of cache when completed will be $3.50. Much less then what normally gets invested in a cache. Contents inlude a "first finders cert", a log sheet with the state quarters on it to sign which one you left, and a pencil. Please let us know when you log this cache, which state's quarter you left. You are only allowed to leave a single state. This makes it fair for everyone. Please do not exchange the quarters.
