This cache is in a wooded area behind a business that is out of business.
The parking area (a dead end) has a sign that says: Commercial Marked Vehicles only from 6am - 7pm. Yet there is no longer any commercial traffic through there since the technology company is now closed. If you're worried about it, go during the hours specified for "non-commercially marked vehicles." You'll only be there a few minutes so I wouldn't worry about it.
The woods have a trail that looks somewhat well traveled. Usually nobody is around so it's probably a good place to let the dogs run off-leash.
You're looking for a purple container, the same as my other two Eugene caches, if you've ever visited those. When placed, it contained the following contents:

Make sure to re-cover the cache very well and check from all angles that no purple is showing. It should be pretty easy to find. Let me know if the coords are too far off.
