A lovely view awaits those who hike to the top of Deak's Peak, along the Rogue River
This cache is in a standard ammo box and contains a log book and souvenirs for trading or simply enjoying. The site can be reached from the Rogue River Trail, downriver from Blossom Bar, or from the up river edge of Paradise Lodge's landing strip. (Special thanks to the folks at the lodge for permission to place the cache and to the staff for wanting to play along and add a souvenir or two.)The hike to Deak's Peak is very strenuous and not for the faint of heart. Tread carefully along the steep path. The finder will be rewarded with a stunning view and a good solid workout.
