Follow the creek up Wiley Canyon and enjoy an easy walk all the way
to the cache. A small camo'd container is hidden within mere feet
of the trail. Inside are a logbook & pen plus a few trade items
that one might normally find or bring up a creek.
From this cache, the trail continues further up the creek to
Don't be crude, where a fine example of one
of California's resources can be seen in action. Not much
further up the creek is the turnoff to trail #4, which makes a
steep ascent up the canyon wall. The climb is well rewarded with
spectacular displays of Springtime wildflowers and grand vistas
plus two more caches including my Chocolate Lilies cache hidden at the
top.
