This cache is very special to me, It's were my friends and I would go "hang out" back a few years ago. I always had a friend while going to the "Muddy Mines." Even on this last trip I met some Geo-cachers known as the Land Snoopers. We had a fantastic time swapping storys and pointing at cacti of the area (Thanks Brad!).
We dropped this cach off as a top off to a great day!! We can only hope you have a "Nice little stroll" in Tombstone's back yard.
Start off by parking down by the Courthouse and hike the rest of the way out. You shouldn't have any trouble finding the courthouse (Just let your GPS guide the way from HWY 80. Start on the downward trail until the first sharp curve takes you off onto a very unused trail, the trail will lead you right to the gate that you need to cross, PLEASE KEEP IT CLOSED. It is very important to Arizonians ;). Also down the trail there are a few mine pits, always keep one eye on the ground!! We saw a few mine shafts hidden of in the brush, and we would hate to see some cachers get hurt. Other than that watch out for your basic snakes and prickley cactus ready to jump (in other words, bring gloves).
