I thought I had archived this cache last week. imtomcat contacted me to let me know the bridge is scheduled for demolition and reconstruction, so I told him to take the cache when he was ready and give it a new home with a new name. He let me know last week that he had picked it up, but I forgot to archive. My bad! Thanks to those of you who have hunted for it (successfully or otherwise).
