OK - 6Apr2007 - All fixed now. Micro 1 has not been moved so that
is great news. Micro 2 has been replaced almost in the same
position where it used to be, and micro 3 has been moved slightly
(about 50 feet) to be in a much more pleasant location. Rules still
as before and all locations for the long route have been updated.
The waypoint
on the cache page is for parking close to the start
point.
This cache is
designed to be both a challenge for experienced teams and easy for
novice teams. Please make sure you take a pen and a pad of paper.
This cache is very close to GCE0CB
'Singled
Out' so you may want to find that before setting out. Please
be aware of the warning signs in the car park. Take all
valuables with you.
This cache
will be a walk of 1.5 mile through low lying and often wet terrain
so make sure you have your walking boots or wellies with you. It is
possible to complete this cache using Mountain/Trail bikes. Off
Road pushchairs should be fine as well although Microcache2 and the
main cache is not accessible with a pushchair or bikes Although you
can park it within 50 feet in eyeshot).

This cache is
either 5 location multi-cache or an easier 2 location multi
cache. If you do not want to complete the longer multi-cache and
choose the shorter 2 location multi-cache you will be unable
to open a cashbox in the main cache. However you will still be able
to log the cache as found but will not have the key for the cashbox
as this can only be obtained by completing the longer 5 location
multi-cache.
The cashbox
contains a ‘Hall of Fame’ logbook and some special souvenir cards
and a special prize for the first 5 finders.

Cache-
This cache will give you the
location of the main cache. You will however forfeit the chance
to open the Cashbox (Inner Sanctum) at the Main cache location
but you will be able to fill in the logbook and score the
cache:

Cache 1- This provides
the waypoint to Micro Cache 2
Micro
Cache 2- This provides
the waypoint for Micro Cache 3.
Micro
Cache 3- This will give
you the Waypoint for the Main Cache Location and the Key

Cache-You
will find the waypoint for this cache in Microcache3. You will only
find this cache by finding Micocache3 to do this you will have to
complete the full 5 location Multicache. If you do this you will
have access to a Cashbox(The Inner Sanctum) in the main cache that
will enable you to enter your name in the ‘Hall of Fame’ and
collect a souvenir and perhaps a special prize too.
Main
Cache. This has all the
normal stuff in it along with a Cashbox(The Inner Sanctum). The
Inner Sanctum has a hall of fame for those who found it the
difficult (Longer) way and some souvenir cards. There will also be
some vouchers that the first 5 finders will be able to redeem for a
special prize Plus some Geocaching.com goodies.
