Highway 20 on the North side of the highway to find this cache. We
have driven by this vista point many times and even stopped in
wondering what it is that we are supposed to look at. There are no
plaques to indicate any points of interest here. So, what we ask is
that after visiting this Vista Point, please write a short note on
