Squamish Estuary
The trick to this cache is finding the entrance way to the Windsurfing Spit.Cache contents:bouncy ball;fish pen;compass keychain; flashlight keychain; salmon key tags; estuary pin; lapel pin; scooby-doo toy; Darth Vader pez; piece of quartz.This area can get busy so look out for meddlesome muggles. Enjoy the view and don't get too swept away!If you're driving down please be aware that the road can be bumpy and full of potholes. If you go slow you should be fine (besides, what's the hurry?)
I should mention that the estuary is a multi-use area and from October 1 - January 31 portions of the estuary are open to Hunting - but be assured, my caches are not in any hunting sites. And if any of you are alarmed or disturbed by the sounds of those hunters, please be aware that it is because of their dedication that we still have the estuary today!! There is room for all (except development) in this most beautiful of wetlands.
