after much sweet-talking, i finally got the go on placing a cache at this location. i had to make many promises to get this cache placed here. mom's can be so difficult sometimes!!!
so if i'm going to have to do a lot of work then so are you guys! although, you're work will only involve finding the cache. i hope you enjoy the hunt.
side note: you shouldn't have to get close to the building to retrieve the cache and you shouldn't have to mess with anything on the sign

also, please log your DNF's...that way i'll know if i need to go check on the cache and if you log then i might give you a hint
