There are a couple possibilities for access to this cache.
PLAY BALL! Ooooopps. Thanks to the voters of Cincinnati a couple of years ago, you can't do that here. Well, maybe a nice rousing game of whiffle ball. You can park a couple different places for this (those are the hints). Below or above...it's your choice. But likely you won't be here long enough to have to pay to park.
If you arrive on the hour or the quarter hour, you will get to hear the Verdin Bells from across the street in Pendleton. If you were to get arrested for anything here, they won't have to take you far!!! (Please don't do that though...I doubt there will be enough in the cache to post your bail!)
Cache container is something different...an empty household product container, but NOT a peanut butter jar. It does have an official geocaching.com sticker on it, but you won't see it until you retrieve it. Unfortunately, there is no category for "bigger than a micro, but smaller than a 'regular'"...so this ia an "other". figure 6" height/depth of container, 2 1/2 - 3" in diameter; so if you want to trade, it needs to be relatively small.
