Geocache Description:

Curious George is up to monkey-business again!

Curious George is up to it again!

You just can't keep a curious monkey down!  George invites you and your curiousity on his new adventure, the second in a series.

Suggested parking coordinates to begin your search are N 36º 04.246
W 80º 18.445.

This is a lovely little pocket park that I noticed while in the area.  Geocaching gives you a special sense about noticing these tiny places, doesn't it?  There are several benches, a sweet little bridge, and a tiny brook.

Coordinates were taken with 24' accuracy.  A hint is provided to help narrow your search.

UPDATE!  6/24/06  The cache was recently plundered.  Bummer.  The pelican case and the Curious George tin were taken.  The new container is an ammo box with a dozen new Curious George buttons.  The new location is within 30 feet of the old location.  I had 16' accuracy , but have provided a hint to help you zero in on the right spot.  IMPORTANT NOTE:  You do not have to step on any plants to get the cache; you do not have to get your feet wet.

Depending on the weather and the time of day, the most difficult part of this hunt may be keeping the hiding spot a secret from others enjoying the area.

George and I wish you happy geocaching!
