This is a real neat cache in a real neat area. While here you will be close and have access to a park, a lake and a short walking trail through the woods where the cache is placed. The location of the container is accessible from a trail and little or no bushwacking should be required!It is less then a 1/4 of a mile walk between the parking area and the cache.
My father and I hid this while I was up visiting with my wife! We had a real fun time getting it ready! The cache itself is a smaller rubbermaid bowl so there is not an enormous amount of room inside for storage. The items will have to be on the smaller side. The container is a Rubbermaid bowl about 5" wide and about 2 1/2" deep. For now it contains a small padlock and key, a "Save The Lake" button, a serial port adaptor, a phone cord coupling and a phone plug adaptor. There is also a "FTF" treasure inside for who ever gets there first! *Permission to hide this cache was given by the SL Park Maint. Supervisor Bob Williams*
