Geocache Description:

A good one for tourists - this cache is on an attractive part of the River Cam (Sheep's Green) that you might not otherwise see - close to pubs, restaurants, and the famous 'Mathematical Bridge' - and to a place where you can hire a punt!

Hidden in a hollow log, its a small plastic lunch-box in a fairly conspicuous and public location, so getting to it without being seen will be the main problem. I suggest you pretend to be taking photographs...

Parking is difficult - I'd suggest Lion Yard carpark, or along The Backs - but cycling or walking should be a pleasure on a nice day.

(I'm told there is also parking in the Lammas Land car park at approx N52 11.709 E0 06.865)

For centuries a 'men-only' bathing station existed here - passing ladies to avert their gaze please!

Here's a 360 degree panorama taken very close to the cache-site - which will help you not at all!

Please watch out for good old English stinging-nettles at the cache site... (Their stings are no more than a minor irritant - and might even be good for you!)
