The Alphabet Caches - "J" is for Jax Jeep Joyride Traditional Cache

This cache is dedicated to tonyiws in thanks for his placement of La Noche Cache (GCJ3RK) which introduced me to this area. There are some great 4X4 trails here. You might be able to get to this cache in a 2WD if you are brave enough but I wouldn't recommend it. There is a long way and a short way to this cache. I'd recommend the long way because it's much more fun. The fun way is to start at La Noche and go find 4WD Vampire Cache (GCJ4YJ) from there go back up the trail toward the big ditch. Before you cross the ditch (N30°26.030 W81°35.309)take the slightly uphill trail that runs along the ditch/creek. Follow the trail to the end (N30°26.017 W81°35.386) and take a right. Follow that trail and take the first left that will take you across the sand pit by the lake. From there enjoy a drive across the sand pit and follow your GPS to the cache. The area is in need of serval dump trucks of CITO so we tried to hide the cache away from any trash. Afterward go look for "N" is for Northside.
