They are for a local coffee/tee shop where you can sit down to solve the puzzle (and maybe even meet me if you're there on a weekday afternoon). Note: they have free wireless access too. [Edit: the coffee shop USED to be at the coordinates, but has since moved a block to the East]
Note: Look carefully for spiders before reaching for it... I checked the cache recently and found a fair amount of spider webs covering its hiding spot.

Hmm. That doesn't look like the standard ROT13 geocache hint encryption. Cache is a 4 in diameter x 6 in tall tupperware container. Initial contents included misc tools (alan wrenches, stud finder, ...) and gadgets (plastic clips, neck strap, heart weight...)
Update 6/2006: There is a fake dead cat in a bag next to the cache now. I don't know why. I didn't touch it either.
