Geocache Description:

Can be done from the Folk Art Center or park on the parkway at 35 36.072 082 29.366 which is a small pull out leading to the white blaze Mountain to Sea Trail

One of two caches on this trail. The other is called ON the Way to Folk Rock. Cache is on the MTS trail - above Blue Ridge Parkway but not on NPS land. Beautiful view from the rock at the cache location. Take a snack and some water and sit a spell and enjoy it. Hike is uphill on the way there but remember what goes up must come down!! You will be flat or downhill on the way out. Stay on the main trail till you get close to the cache- a well defined trail will take you down to the view and minimial bushwacking will take you to the cache itself.
