It's about 350'North of the South End of the South End Water Tank.
The cache is in a smal rubbermaid container that is painted cammo. This cache is North of the Water Tank which overlooks the now abandoned Essex County Jail Annex. It is less than a .1 miles from the famous White Rock (which by the way is not white. Go figure) As you walk towards the Water tank up the dirt and gravel road, you will see a couple of trees that fell together that makes a letter. See spoiler if you get stumped.
