This cache has been archived.

Eagle Dad: 9 1/2 years was a good run. No real until the muggles in the last few months. This time they left the contents in a ziplock baggie.

Geocache Description:

This Ammo Can cache is located on Boggy/Boggey Road just North of Hwy. 50, in the Richloam WMA. It’s loaded with small, albeit priceless, trinkets. Follow this link to find the latest regulations/map. If you’re a mid-lifer like me you may need a magnifying glass to read that sucker. Please heed the dates of the various hunting sessions. Nocturnal cachers, beware. Use of a 1,000,000 candlepower Q-Beam may attract the FWC Law Enforcement. Trust ol’ Eagle Dad on this one. When we placed the cache, the roads were fine. Some could get a bit dicey in the rainy season. Please use good judgment. If you park at the road sign pictured, it’s a short walk to the cache. Please re-hide cache as found. Be sure to bring your Geo-Stick. It may come in handy.

Hunt dates for Richloam 2004-2005: Archery Sept 25 - October 24; General Gun (deer season) Nov 13 - Jan 9: Spring Turkey March 19 - April 24. I'd avoid the forest during the first three weekends and the last weekend of the General Gun Hunt. I'd avoid the forest during the first and last weekends of the Spring Turkey Hunt. Wear bright colors!
