TheScramblers: Finally got up to check on this one, and after all this time, the cache has finally been destoyed. Will not be replacing.

Cache is up in the hills so 4WD or a high clearance vehicle is helpful.The cache is loaded with the usual swag but for the FTF there is a set of mini "Golden" handcuffs. The terrain is a bit rocky (yes yet another Nevada rock pile) but the view should be worth the scramble. We saw quite a few large rodents and tried not to put the cache on their front porch. Please look through the book of names, but leave it for future finders.
I have been wanting to do a Law Enforcement Tribute cache ever since I saw the Firefighter Tribute multi that starts in Sparks. My own father was killed in the line of duty on 09/26/02. My thanks goes out to all those that protect us as we go on about our daily routines, and my prayers. God Bless and may you all get home safe today.
Once you reach the coords listed you will see a wall with many bronze plaques. Read the wording engraved at the top of the wall. Take the last word and place it the blanks:

Now, use the following to decipher the next set of coords.
SEL=025 HN=49 UN=33 FIS=119 ESS=994
Once you reach the next location read the sign. Take the last five words from the sign and place them in the blanks:

Now use the following for the next set of coords:
TH=34 UTY=723 ELI=134 NEO=119 IN=39 FD=45
This will take you to the cache. It is overlooking the Reno Sparks area and you can also see some of the surrounding communities. Might even be able to see your home from here.
