For some reason I thought of this character from the Indiana
Jones series. I started wondering why he was called 'Short Round'.
Yeah, he is short but round? No, kinda skinny, not round. He
doesn't even wear round glasses. Perhaps its a non-PC reference to
him being asian. Bah, I don't want any part of that. There must be
some other reason I named the cache...
I digress.
The cache is inside the Felicita County Park, Escondido. The
park is open from dawn to dusk and charges $2 to park. Cheapskates
like me park outside and walk in. One might think the $2 goes to
the park but somehow I'm afraid it probably just goes to the
general fund.

Cache contents: yes, there are some and there's a log book too.
Be sure to sign it so your find is official. No need to leave any
trails as you approach the cache, its within easy reach.

5-12-04 update
I dropped the difficulty level a point. Truly it's a 2 for most
everyone but for a select few (bless their hearts!) its a 3. Keep
making me work for those elusive DNFs that I love!
