Geocache Description:

This is a straight forward, search and find cache. The degree of difficulty reflects the heavy tree coverage in the area. We had an accuracy of around 30 feet when this cache was placed.

The cache is located in Thorndon Country Park. We suggest parking at the Countryside Centre off of The Avenue. There is a fee for parking of £2 for the whole day. Here you will find toilets and a very interesting park centre. There are also picnic tables and a play area for kids. Why not make a day out it and find the other caches in the park?

The cache is an ammo box with a green geocaching sticker on it. There are the usual items in the cache including a logbook and pen.
