Geocache Description:

Park at 45 28.368N 122 50.960W. You're looking for a standard ammo can a short walk off the beaten path. Reception is spotty, therefore the difficulty rating of 2. If you get drastically different coordinates, please let me know.

This cache is placed to commemorate my dog Bruno's grand adventure last year. I was visiting my girlfriend Amy, and some neighborhood kids set off some fireworks, which spooked the dog. He clawed his way out of the pickup, and had a good two hour head start before I even knew he was gone. The following eight days saw me exploring every street and park within a three mile radius. This cache is hidden in one of the parks I discovered. Eventually, I plan to place more caches in some of the other parks I found.

The story has a happy ending: Bruno was found and he regularly joins me on my caching adventures.

Modified 3/15/05: Moved to a different location (nearby) to allow the vegitation to recover, per the request of the Park District.

Modified 7/11/05: After numerous posts claiming this was more difficult than 1 star, I've modified the terrain rating to 2 stars.
