This is a nice easy cache - only ten minutes or so from your car but with extensive views. Just off the old A9 road north of Kincraig, is a small road signed Speybank. You can park a short distance along here near the railway bridge. Through a gate is part of the Badenoch Way - a 16km footpath from Dalraddy to Ruthven near Kingussie, the Badenoch Way winds through native woodland offering magnificent views of Highland glens, mountains and rivers, with diverse wildlife abundant including red squirrel, osprey, swans and deer.
If you have a non caching driver, continue after the cache along the fine footpath and get picked up near the shop in Kincraig village. Take care accessing this cache - it's a steep bank down to the river! Keep children well back. This is a micro cache - no large objects please.
