This cache is located at a rest area along I-390/86 North, and I believe that it is the first rest area if you are taking this route north from PA. So here is a chance to stop and stretch and go (caching!) This cache si a micro, but it is in plain sight and should be fairly easy to spot day or night (with a light.) Enjoy!
