Lapeers newest park. Nice and easy walk on a gravel path, with plenty of places to sit and rest, feed the ducks and enjoy nature.
The park is called 'Prairies and Ponds at Oakdale'. Parking is in the Chatfields School lot. Cache is located about an 1/8 of a mile in. The path is stone covered, but very easy walking past beautiful ponds, little bridges and fields of tall grass. The cache is a ammo box painted black & green. It contains a bunch of different McDonalds toys and a couple key chains. Since the original cache grew legs and walked away last summer, this one is very fresh! Have fun and enjoy yourselves!
