As you continue along the greenway after finding Natural Way 1,
and perhaps taking time to check out the observation tower,
continue your hike for just another 0.3 miles to reach the second
cache (the last in this location).
You will observe a mixture of pine woods and open meadows, and
also a large storm water retention area for Abacoa. The greenway is
built around these retention areas, which have been created to
function as natural wetlands.
Along this hike you also may see a red shouldered hawk and
almost certainly will see at least one gopher tortoise. While
hiking in the greenway, please stay on the trail.
You will not have to bushwhack to find the cache, although the
level of difficulty of the hide is a notch higher than for Natural
Way 1.
Cache contents originally include a log book, two pencils, two
compasses, water proof match case, fishing lure, other small items,
and a first finder's Hikemeister stone. There also is a nice
micro-mino MAG light for the first finder, if he/she wants to take
it (no trade necessary for this item).
