Geocache Description:

A half mile hike on the Conservation District's Hatch Run property. Easy hike on a well-marked trail. Great for Kids!

Here's one for all of the Dad's who are trying to motivate the kids to enjoy geocaching. The trail is easy, and well marked with arrows. Even when it's time to leave the main trail (after the green bridge), there is a secondary trail that will take you straight to it. No bushwacking necessary. And there is a great little clearing for you to get a good satellite reading. The cache is in a waterproof ammo container that will be a treasure trove sure to inspire awe in your children. It contains some pretty impressive goodies, and the plan is to keep it impressive. Please have your kids bring a nice toy that they don't play with anymore that will fit in a 1 gallon ziplock bag to trade. I WOULD recommend bug spray, and boots if their has been rain. (Note: If the kids are older, combine it with our "Hatch Run Cache" for a longer hike.)
