Geocache Description:

The weekend of July 4th is a perfect time to come caching and camping! Also a potluck dinner, yum!

The above coords will place you in our driveway for the event. We have plenty of room both in our yard, or on our own private beach for camping. The night of July 4th we will have a bon fire and fireworks.With Traverse City nearby, there's plenty of caching within easy driving distance. Please let us know if you can make it by posting here.
Also wanted to let everybody know that we will have an informal Q&A with a couple of the board members, after dinner but before the fireworks. So if anybody has any questions, bring 'em with your gps
***SCHEDULE OF EVENTS**** Friday, July 2nd; If anyone wished to come and set up camp after work, you're certainly welcome.
SAturday, July 3rd; local caching. TeamSandrich has a wedding and reception to attend in the afternoon/evening. We will be home for a beach fire this night. If you arrive and we're not there, no worries, we will have an info sheet clearly displayed, with possible campsite suggetions :)
Sunday July 4th; Yea! More local caching, and socializing. The potluck dinner is scheduled for 6:30. Please bring a dish to pass, and lawn chairs, etc. After dinner, will be an informal Q&A with a couple of Board Members, so bring any questions or comments about MiGO. When the sun finally sets, we will have a wonderful pyrotechnic display down on the beach :)
Monday July 5th; Some kind of as yet not-well-planned brunch. I'm sure that we all will want to eat, so let's have a camp-style brunch before the stakes are pulled up and everybody goes thier seperate ways.
Note: For those camping in the field by our house, the coords for that latrine are: N 44º 26.007 W086º 14.785. It is located inside a grove of pine trees at the edge of the field. Camping is all around the field, and the yards as well.
The field firepit coords are: N 44º 26.007 W086º 14.789.
If you plan on camping on the beach, take a look at Sandrich's Surfside Cache GCW3A. Go to the trail, then to the beach. You may camp on the beach from that southern point, to the northern point where the cache is hidden. This gives you about 600feet to camp on! Please do practice "No Impact" camping
